Student Leadership at Nowra East Public School
Student participation in leadership builds self-esteem and enhances communication and decision making skills. At Nowra East Public School, all students in Stage 3 are encouraged and supported to engage in leadership opportunties. These include a number of formal roles:
- School Captains (Year 6)
- Vice Captains (Year 6)
- Prefects (Year 6)
- Student Representative Council (SRC) members are elected in their classes from Years 2-6
